Heartbeat is submitting itself to the reaccreditation programs of both the Dutch Society on Extracorporeal Circulation (NeSECC) and the European Board of Cardiovascular Perfusionists (EBCP).

  Job Description:

Due to continued expansion of our activities Heartbeat offers an immediate opening for a clinical perfusionist at the Antonius Hospital Nieuwegein. This Hospital is responsible for yearly 2000 adult procedures, and is specialized in aortic arch surgery, Heartport techniques and Mini ECC systems. The candidate will be joining an existing staff of 7 perfusionists and 2 students.

At the moment the job opening concerns a temporary contract for 2 years.

undefined undefined ·          on call duty once a week + one weekend per month

undefined undefined ·          overtime will be compensated in free-time

undefined undefined ·          two holiday days per month (approx 5 weeks per year)

Requirements

We seek a motivated, enthusiastic team player with effective communication skills in English and/or Dutch. The position requests a bachelors degree and certification by an accredited program in Cardiopulmonary Perfusion Technology, and the candidate should have at least 3 years of clinical experience.
